VitaC | Developing a method to understand how nature-based solutions influence ecosystem services in urban regeneration

Urban regeneration projects increasingly integrate Nature-Based Solutions, but the mechanisms through which these interventions involve Ecosystem Services are often left implicit. This seminar presents a PhD research that adapts the Conservation Standards to urban contexts, proposing a structured framework to analyse how project actions interact with Threats, Conservation targets and Ecosystem Services. Examples from Milan and Lisbon are shown.
