The Docomomo Portugal and the Docomomo International Specialist Committee on Interior Design (ISC/ID) are organising the conference “Recording Change: Documenting Modern Movement Interiors” in Lisbon, on 13–14 October 2026.
The conference focuses on documenting Modern Movement interiors and the challenges of recording environments that are dynamic, vulnerable, and subject to change.
The programme brings together researchers and specialists and includes two guided visits: to MUDE – Museu do Design, led by CiTUA researcher Bárbara Coutinho, and to the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, led by CiTUA researcher Ana Tostões.
